General Terms & Conditions

• We are PC based and use Photoshop.

• We can use editable .eps files and high-resolution pdf files and jpg. If your artwork is in a different format, please email it to us at: sales@pensunlimited.co.uk and we will advise you on it’s suitability.

• It is imperative that the artwork is of the highest possible standard, as print will reproduce exactly as artwork.

• Heavy typeface’s or particularly fine details are not always suitable for such a small print. We try to inform you almost immediately when artwork is unsuitable. We also try to advise on any alternative options.

• Multi colour printing is available, however we reserve the right to offer a single colour print only, if we feel the artwork is unsuitable.

• We aim to match Pantone Colours as close as possible but cannot guarantee a completely perfect match, especially when printing onto a substrate other than white in colour.

• Repeat orders may vary slightly in colour and print position unless a previous sample is provided.

• Repeat set-up charges are currently £12.50, this is subject to change without prior notice.

• Origination is £20.00 plastic pens & pencils, Metal pens @ £25.00. Multi-colour print, other products & outside print origination / setup charges vary, therefore POA>

• Our standard lead times are 7-14 working days after receipt of order, artwork approval and receipt of pro-forma payment if applicable. If you require goods despatched within a shorter lead-time please contact us before placing your order. For larger orders, please contact us and will advise you of our best lead times.

• Screen/plate charges do not include any artwork amendments that may occur. Prices will be agreed before proceeding with any alterations are made.

• Any urgent orders agreed verbally, must have written confirmation on the same day. The agreed delivery date is only valid for that day, if not confirmed it will be treated as an enquiry.

• Instructions relating to orders will only be accepted in writing, NOT VERBALLY.

• Carriage will be charged at cost. Alternatively you may arrange collection yourself, if you do this please state your carriers details on your purchase order. Please ensure your carrier uses your company name as reference to avoid any unnecessary delays.

• Goods despatched by Pens Unlimited on your behalf, are not insured by us. We recommend customers take out their own insurance to cover goods in transit.

• We cannot be held responsible for information viewed on our supplier websites.

• We will try our utmost to accommodate urgent urgent orders where we can, however, please note we do not endorse or offer 24hour turnaround.

• ALL PRICES EXCLUDE V.A.T & CARRIAGE

• TERMS STRICTLY PRO-FORMA UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE.
