| GOLD & SILVER PRINT: Whilst every effort will be
made, we cannot guarantee gold/silver print on metal pens. |
| COLOUR MATCH: 100% colour match cannot be
guaranteed especially on dark coloured pens. |
| EXTRA COLOURS: Each additional colour printed
is subject to a charge of 6p on plastic and 10p on metal pens. |
| METAL PENS: Origination £25.00. |
| All rights are reserved to alter prices, models and
colour without notification. |
| Although great care will be given to artwork supplied
to us we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss. |
| Carriage will be by next day carrier at cost - for AM
or timed deliveries, carrier surcharges will apply. |
| We reserve the right to supply 10% over or under for
all printed products. |
| Urgent orders of one week or less will be surcharged
at 50%. |
| Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time,
but no liability is accepted for delays beyond our control. |
| Claims for shortages, damaged or faulty goods must be
notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods or invoice. |
| All goods remain the property of Pens Unlimited until
payment is made in full. |
