After searching the internet and speaking to several companies that showed little interest in us, it made a pleasant surprise to have Leslie at Pens Unlimited answer our phone call. We explained exactly what we wanted to achieve and Leslie patiently worked with us to get the design and brief as spot on as it could be. So we placed an order. Within two weeks, our branded pens were delivered. The office buzzed with excitement as we unpacked our new batch of pens with our logo sitting perfectly on them. We are very happy customers, who shall be returning again soon.

I have to say that the customer service I've received from Pens Unlimited was absolutely amazing! The order process from start to delivery was so easy. I was unsure about ordering the pens to start with as I thought the quality might not be great or the printing might not be right - how wrong I was!!! I was also really impressed that the customer services team even went on to my website and grabbed the logo and put it on the pen for me!! I really am so impressed with the finished product.
