This company has been very easy to deal with. Ordering was easy and the artwork emails were very pleasant and helpful. A few of the pens that I have used so far have sadly leaked ink though and not the normal amount for writing! so whilst they look great, I do wonder if I have just had a bad batch or if I should choose a different type in future.

Excellent service

These write like butter and are great in hand. As a a result, they are great for promotional events and gifts to loyal customers. The ability to order low volumes is an added bonus for me, ordering large volumes is not beneficial to me. So the flexibility to order as low as 25 items works really well.

The product itself is great, but what really shone was the customer service. I had a slightly tricky order, but the responses to my emails were swift and always helpful. Definite recommend from me!
