Pens were delivered promptly, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the courier was completely useless — they delivered the parcel to a different address in the same town, and I had to play “hunt the parcel” to track it down. However, this was not the pen supplier’s fault, and their service itself was excellent.

Focus pens are the best, not just at an amazingly affordable price. The ink flows, the ball point glides effortlessly without scratchy or skipping. It does not smear.

I like the pen, but I had not realised that it has a rubber and for writing on tablets. I found that confusing as I kept wanting to try and click on it.
