I asked if I could receive my pens earlier than the standard delivery as I needed them for an exhibition I was exhibiting at. Customer service kindly made this happen which was a big help! Great service, great product, fully recommend! Thank you!

These were a replacement for the tetra which is no longer available- they need a good swirl to get the ink flowing - people were saying they didn't work at first but all good after a few seconds doodle.
