I had no idea how the pencils I ordered would look with my uploaded design on them. But I had a very helpful email discussion with a member of the PensUnlimited design team, was reassured, and they arrived when I asked for them, a few days earlier than the guaranteed ‘10 working days for delivery’. So all very easy, no problems, and an excellent final product.

I am very pleased with the quality of the pens provided and the speed of response to my request. I found the company and service excellent and great value for money based on other suppliers I researched. Pens unlimited demonstrated smaller numbers in order sizes and added my telephone number onto the pens at no extra charge. Excellent Service, I will be using them again.

Can I just say how grateful I am that you managed to get my order to me today (2 days ahead of my own deadline). The price was just right for us and although I have only opened one box (of 5) so far, I'm really impressed with the pen and print quality. Hopefully we will be a regular customer for some years to come.

I just had to write to say thank you as I am absolutely delighted with our order. We ordered the Image Silver Violet with our Facebook page to be printed on it. As our company has a very long name, I was not surprised that it would have to go over 2 lines. I cannot describe my undiluted happiness when I opened the package today and saw our address on the pen, on one line! I am kind of surprised you didn’t hear me shout for joy from the other end of the country! In addition to this, by placing our order with yourselves, we got the order at least 4 weeks earlier than I had been quoted and £90 cheaper than I had been quoted from the company we had used previously. I intend getting a wiggle on to get these pens out, so I am expecting that we will be in touch in the early part of next year for some more.
