Pens unlimited was quick to send me over my design, even if simple at my request. Once I gave approval, they were quick to prepare and dispatch. Glad I was able to order a small quantity of 100 pens at a really good price.

I ordered a few hundred Quatro Pens just before Xmas which were needed for a Trade Show in first week of January which was a huge ask especially with Xmas Holidays. Lesley really was amazing and reassured me that they would be delivered in time for the Team flying off to New York. She really understood the urgency our timescale and got the Artwork processed and approved with such a quick turnaround. This company has been very easy to deal with. Ordering was easy and the artwork emails were very pleasant and helpful. A few of the pens that I have used so far have sadly leaked ink though and not the normal amount for writing! so whilst they look great, I do wonder if I have just had a bad batch or if I should choose a different type in future.

Excellent service

These write like butter and are great in hand. As a a result, they are great for promotional events and gifts to loyal customers. The ability to order low volumes is an added bonus for me, ordering large volumes is not beneficial to me. So the flexibility to order as low as 25 items works really well.

The product itself is great, but what really shone was the customer service. I had a slightly tricky order, but the responses to my emails were swift and always helpful. Definite recommend from me!
