Always had my pens from a rival company. But a £29 p&p fee was a step too far. It was the amazing customer service which made me change. I phoned to ask a question about your pens and the lady on the phone was awesome. So nice to have a friendly helpful English speaking real person. Also the pens are really good quality. Nice bright colours and clear wording. Price was competitive too. The other companies pens lasted really well so it will be interesting to see if these are the same. No doubt my clients will let me know. Thank you!

Thank you for sending the sample pen, it's exactly as it looks on the website and it writes really nicely.

Although we ordered green pens with white writing we ended up with White pens with green writing as they didn't have the green in stock. Very stylish. Ordering was really easy and we love that these are made from recycled plastic.
