The pens are very good quality and are comfortable to write with. The star though is the quality of the reproduction of my logo. Its very clear and appears to stand up to bashing around in my handbag, so far anyway! The service provided by Pens Unlimited was also very good and as displayed on their website. I would recommend this product and Pens Unlimited to anyone looking to promote their business.

I would certainly recommend this company to others, the products are reasonably priced, and you can order a small amount which makes more sense for a SME. My pencils arrived in good time, they are a nice quality and I am really pleased with the printing and overall result.

From the beginning they were great, First Time ordering and I called the office after getting a quote online. A lovely lady talked me through everything over the phone while I ordered it online. Updated every step of the way and the final product did not disappoint. Will use you guys again, when we need some more pens.

I work for the NHS and had a tight budget- I called the telephone number listed on the website and staff helped me find what I needed within my budget. They took a great deal of time to help me and I was very grateful. When the pen that I ordered was not in stock they provided a different, slightly more costly pen, at the originial price which they had quoted me. They kept me informed throughout. The pens were produced and dispatched incredibly quickly, and when they arrived they are fantastic- brilliant quality and beautifully done. Good product for a budget price. The service was excellent, my customised order was made within 4 working days including delivery. I really need to mentioned the delivery service because the delivery slot was between 12.08 - 13.08 but the delivery man was waited outside from 11.50am till the system allows to deliver. I requested some branded pens for my company and from filling out the order form to receiving the product I must say the service has been fantastic. I liked that I had the opportunity to view and confirm the order before printing went ahead. Disappointed that the pens were not delivered to the club, as asked, but came to my home address. Being disabled, I had to ask someone to collect them from me.

The pens were ideal for what we needed them for. These were good quality for the price and these were the nicest ones I could find looking around online, that used recycled materials.
