A good looking pen and nice to hold but the collar around the neck fell off.

I ordered some personalised pens for a year 6 leavers gift bag. The design tool for personalisation was super easy. I ordered on the Sunday, heard back from them with the design confirmation on Monday and then over email asked about the time period needed for manufacture & delivery as I was worried I wouldn't get them in time.... Lesley then let me know I would get them in time and in fact they were sent out only a couple of days later. Companys like this are the holy grail and make life so much easier. If I need anything like this again I wouldn't hesitate to give them repeat business.

The product, customised pens and pencils was very good and we are pleased with it. We did however have to wait some time and chase up delivery. This may not have been the fault of pensunlimited but it was frustrating, to be fair when contacted their communications were good. Overall I would recommend them.
