Ordered the pencils, received the pencils all great! What I didn’t want was the over-service. Rate our service email, printed pen in the post, please send a photo of you using our pens email, your pens are on their way email, your order has been dispatched email, thank you for order email.

I ordered pens with a very short turn around of a week for a careers fair event. Lesley was ever so helpful! She called me to let me know that the pens I had ordered were no longer in stock and helped me pick out a suitable alternative within the price I had already paid. The pens came a day before we were expecting them and the quality was much better than expected. Would highly recommend. They are a very friendly and accommodating business who value their customers. Will definitely be using them again!

Time and time again, quick amazing service & delivery

The pens are very good, we’ve had the pencils before and they look good too, hence the reorder. In addition to which, I thought I had lots of time to put in the order but then the number of working days suddenly disappeared as days often tend to… but they did their utmost to fulfil the order in time - which they did with a couple of days to spare - thank you! Site was easy to use and artwork easy to upload. Delivery packaging was fine. I would definitely recommend.

This was the best customer service I’ve received from an online supplier. I needed to change my quantity after ordering and this was no problem. Replies to my emails were quick & friendly. I love the option of recycled materials and the pens are pens are fantastic quality & are better than I’d hoped.
