whilst the service was good, these pens do seem to be going down quicker than the previous lot of pens for some reason and i am not sure why

These pens look and feel lovely but when writing, some of them leak a little too much ink. It might just be a few bad ones in the batch but I would prefer to buy really nice ones that don't leak since they represent my business.

These write like butter and are great in hand. As a a result, they are great for promotional events and gifts to loyal customers. The ability to order low volumes is an added bonus for me, ordering large volumes is not beneficial to me. So the flexibility to order as low as 25 items works really well.
