These pens do the job. They're a little faint at first, but the ink goes nice and dark after a scribble. Staff has been very helpful in the artwork confirmation and delivery requirements.

I wanted a small number of customised pencils for the members of our new community orchestra, and this was one of the few companies accepting orders of as few as 100 at a good price. I asked for a sample product (uncustomised), which was sent promptly. The quality of the sample encouraged me to put in an order (with a request for a earlier completion date than normal), and the pencils arrived in good time for our last rehearsal. I am not sure that the pencils made us play any better at our Christmas concert, but at least we are better equipped now to note down advice from the conductor!
