This was our first order. We took advantage of the offer of samples, selected the pen, exchanged messages to confirm the printing, and received the order. We are very pleased. It took a little over two weeks from start to finish (but may be a bit longer I think - depending on stock position and workload.) I happily recommend Pens Unlimited.

We have ordered 250 of those pens with the logo of our company and we were absolutely amazed by the excellent quality of the pen and the amazing printing! The colours are so vivid and the black ink of the pen writes smoothly on paper. Our students just loved those pens!

Very good service and pens quality/finishing/printing is very good as well. Just one comment. It would have been better if pens were individually wrapped in plastic. Putting 100 pens in one small box together with no protective plastic or paper has resulted in them scratching against each other with scratch marks on most of the pens which is a shame!

The ordering and customisation process was simple, the pens were exactly the type I had in my mind, and the pricing was reasonable. My only issue was the large hike in price when more than one colour was added which I thought might have been made clearer up front. As it was I went ahead with a single colour design. Communication with Pens Unlimited was great, with a helpful, quick response. I got regular email updates about the progress of my order, and delivery was good considering the bad weather that affected everyone at the time. The product itself is excellent - very good quality for a cheap(ish) pen and the printing is clear and well-judged. I will definitely use the company again.

I'm admittedly very fussy about pens (if the customer doesn't like the pen, they won't use or keep it!), and whittled our decision down from 5 others to this type, made in Italy. A great writer, not scratchy, nice satin finish on this pen. Very good price, quick turnaround (about a week for our order), flawless fine printing. These are the best pens we've bought in many years, and I cannot imagine using another company for promotional pens now.
