It was my first time ordering with pens unlimited and it was definitely a great experience. Process is easy and the team is easy to communicate with. Maybe quality is a bit lower than expected but the pen is as fine as it is. I'd recommend this service to my friends.

The service and product are top quality. Compared to the other providers such as Vistaprint, Pens Unlimited are far more superior. Plus, if unsure, you can call them and speak with a Lesley and she always answers the phone! I don't think I will look elsewhere for my next order. In us you have a customer for life.

This was my first time of ordering some promotional pens for an upcoming exhibition, and I was a bit nervous about what the quality of pen and printing might be like - but I needn't have worried! The pens, although a 'budget' type are very good, write nicely and have a positive 'twist' action. A very good 'give away' pen without being 'cheap and nasty'. I had a little trouble uploading the artwork from my computer, but sent it no problem by email. The excellent preview of the pen with the graphic was confirmed by email and I was very impressed with a friendly call just clarifying a minor detail and confirming a delivery date. All in all, an excellent service and once I have managed to give all the pens away, I will not hesitate to order again!
