This was my first order with Pens Unlimited and what a pleasant buying experience it was. The website is easy to navigate and placing an order is very easy. The selection of pans to choose from is good. The response to my order was quick and comprehensive and explained the roofers very clearly. I had reason to contact the seller by telephone to a ask a question about the inscription, and they could not have been more helpful. Very pleasant and helpful people. I received my order as promised and am very happy with the quality of pen and inscription. Great value for money. I would not hesitate to buy from Pens Unlited again and would recommend this product to a friend.

First time ordering and pretty impressed. I asked for the order to be split across 3 colours of pen and the company were happy to do this, which was great. They kept me very up to date with the delivery date and delivered a little earlier than expected to ensure we had the pens for our event. the pens are nice to use and look good too. I would definitely use this company again.

use these pens in medium point at work and really like them. ordered some from pensunlimited and even though first order didnt quite turn out right they were kind enough to send a complimentary replacement.
