A beautiful product and quality of print is great - the only reason I didn't give 5 is because I found a few in the box which had discoloured lines down the sides. My dad has been using one of these pens in very harsh conditions, very dusty cement works and also writing on wood, the pen keeps on writing, he is very impressed as he normally changes he's pens on a weekly bases!
