Bought these pens on behalf of the Community Council, this was our first ever order and we were well impressed. The website is easy to navigate and the fact that they accept small quantity orders is great for us as we are unsure of our market. The choice of colours was great and the design process was well handled as the final design is agreed before manufacture. The price was right and the quality of the pens was very impressive and went down well with my Council colleagues.

The pens ordered were pretty cheap so wasn't expecting much really. However, was pleasantly surprised to find the pen itself is solid, feels great and doesn't seem cheap at all. The printing on the barrel was great too, really good quality and so overall something I'm proud to give out as promo items. Will order more when I've run out.

Great website and service, got the product in good time but was a bit disappointed by how my logo printed on the curvy pen, distorted the image a bit. I probably should have thought of that beforehand but it would have been nice if I had been made aware of the potential issue as I might have chosen a different pen. But overall I'm pretty happy with the result.

This is the first time I have ordered with Pens Unlimited but found the service, product and communications good. They emailed me to check the planned combination I had originally ordered as the final result wouldn't have been good. I had expected them to arrive slightly quicker but then again I don't have past experience of ordering pens so the turnaround might be standard for the industry. Came well packaged and I would consider them to be good value for money.

Really pleased with the pens, they are gear quality. Logo print is really clear. The packaging could be better as some of the pens were slightly scratched by the other pen clips. Very helpful when ordering, overall really pleased. Thank you.
