Now I have to say that neither sample sent was the one I’d asked for, but on the other hand the order I ended up placing wasn’t any three of them either lol. That said, the pens are as expected. If I were to criticise at all, I’d ask for full cartridges in them.

Lesley was fantastic, and a good laugh as well. Having received my samples (separate review) I’d decided to go ahead with the order, but being a complete novice I had to call for guidance on how to do so... she was very patient with me. The proofs came through a lot sooner than I’d expected and the two options I’d asked for showed that my first idea was definitely the best route to go. After approving that option I called her again to ask for a further request which, after another laugh and a joke, she was very happy to oblige with. In summary, I cannot fault the service from this company as it is second to none... well, maybe only mine, lol.

We ordered a single colour logo with the blue pen. The artwork was processed quickly and the proof was representative of the product. The pens were produced quickly and packed safely for transit. Would use again.

Writes well, this was the main thing I was concerned about, but its a good product! Fast shipping and one of the cheapest options of there.

So impressed by this company. A representative called me to say she didn't think the design I'd done for the pens would work very well, then we corresponded until we were both happy. Much more than just an Internet company. And this lady in particular was brilliant.

Pen arrived quickly, Looked as seen but have tried it and when writing ink kept running out then would start again then stopped altogether. Hope this is just this pen as was thinking of ordering some.

Product quality is great- logo looks really good. Quicker turnaround than expected and an artwork proof to approve before proceeding with your order. Would definitely use again.

I like using these types of pens as they are comfortable. I was worried as I thought they might feel cheap but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pens. They write beautifully and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
