You never know the quality of a pen until you see it, feel it in your hand and write with it. The free sample pens arrived within a couple of days (!) and 5 of the 5 samples I asked for felt like good quality and for 4 of the 5, the ink flowed smoothly when writing. Gives me the confidence to place a large order of branded pens for my business. Thank you!

The pens write well and uploading our logo to be printed was easy, we were able to make adjustments via email. The print doesn't always line up perfectly with the clip, but I think that only bothers perfectionists like me.

If you want a basic pen then this is the one for you. I love them as they are a great size, sturdy and best of all they have a twist mechanism which means they are less likely to break. They also look great printed. I will definitely buy them again and I highly recommend the Oasis Extra Twist Pen.

I have to say that the customer service I've received from Pens Unlimited was absolutely amazing! The order process from start to delivery was so easy. I was unsure about ordering the pens to start with as I thought the quality might not be great or the printing might not be right - how wrong I was!!! I was also really impressed that the customer services team even went on to my website and grabbed the logo and put it on the pen for me!! I really am so impressed with the finished product. Superb quality for the price. I highly recommend and will definitely use Pens Unlimited again. Thank you, I love my pens!!!

I would like to thank Leslie herself for being such a help in helping me to select these super pencils and for all her advice. Customer service was excellent . I can absolutely recommend this company ; it was helpful to me to see the draft artwork and lettering before my final decision and I was really pleased with the end product. Launching Eco-Church as we did it was very apt to have pencils made out of recycled materials - it made a great game for people to guess exactly from what. I was particularly grateful to have the pencils delivered well inside the usual delivery time as I had been quite late in getting the order in. They arrived in super quick time and arrived beautifully packed and protected. A very positive experience in using this site and am happy to have found it.
