I was pleased with all aspects of the service.

I wanted a small number of customised pencils for the members of our new community orchestra, and this was one of the few companies accepting orders of as few as 100 at a good price. I asked for a sample product (uncustomised), which was sent promptly. The quality of the sample encouraged me to put in an order (with a request for a earlier completion date than normal), and the pencils arrived in good time for our last rehearsal. I am not sure that the pencils made us play any better at our Christmas concert, but at least we are better equipped now to note down advice from the conductor! Great pens for people who do a LOT of writing, i can write pretty fast in them, lasts quite long, black ink, not that greyish black. I think its a great price for that quality. Finally found decent not expensive pens.
