The quality of both the pen itself and the printing is really good and much better than I dared hope for at the price. I'm admittedly very fussy about pens (if the customer doesn't like the pen, they won't use or keep it!), and whittled our decision down from 5 others to this type, made in Italy. A great writer, not scratchy, nice satin finish on this pen. Very good price, quick turnaround (about a week for our order), flawless fine printing. These are the best pens we've bought in many years, and I cannot imagine using another company for promotional pens now.

The upload of image on the website is really easy to do, and the review process is simple. I was a bit tight for time, and response to my email was immediate and helpful, and my order was expedited. Ordered a pen in Blue & White (Everton colours)with text remembering a friend who died this year. Wanted something useful but not necessarily long-lasting to distribute to a ski group he ran. Text nicely visible and low number of pens able to be ordered. Very pleased.
