Easy to order, great service, very pleased with the end result and delivery speed.

This moderately priced pen looks and feels good for the price, has a good mechanism and bright ink. Cannot comment on longevity, but should fulfil its purpose for ocassional use, well. Lovely bright yellow too so hopefully easy to spot at the bottom of a bag.

This was the first time I have used this company but I will certainly be using them again and have recommended them to my colleagues and friends. I was just buying a small order of pens with a good luck message for my students before their exams and, despite this not creating (I imagine) huge revenue for the company, it was handled just as any other order would have been. The pens were great quality and exactly what I ordered. Moreover, I was most impressed with the customer service. I had made an error on my order and when I phoned to correct this it was sorted out quickly, efficiently and with a sense of humour. Finally, the lovely Lesley then rushed through my order so that it would arrive on time for my students' first exam. Just excellent all round.

I would recommend the pens as they are as described and seen in the pictures online. They are also easy to grip and people have commented how nice they look. I was also impressed by the amazing service received during the order process.
