I left it quite late to order these pens as a give away at an exhibition and they arrived in time and were perfect for the job! They were much better than I expected and my customers really liked them - job well done! I would certainly use Pens Unlimited again.

The quality of the pens is excellent in terms of design, built quality and ease of writing. The pen is comfortable to use and flows well, without any dry spots or scratching. Perfect to just pick up and use. The custom printing had been very well done and required no input from me other than the initial request. The design proof team got it spot on. This was my first order of pens and Pens Unlimited were very helpful in taking me through the process and letting me have second thoughts. The pens arrived when promised. I've knocked a mark off what would otherwise be a 5-star score because (a) the first pen I got out had the name printed in the wrong place - though I seem to have been unlucky because I haven't yet found any other that was wrong; and (b) having them delivered in a plastic bag was distinctly underwhelming. They looked like waste product. How much more pride would it show, and how much more convenient would it be, for them to be boxed in 50s.

This was my first order and I was very impressed with the prompt reply regarding the artwork. The whole process of ordering was very easy. The website is easy to follow and I like the fact that you could see the colours of the pens. The pens when they arrives are exactly as was shown. They look very impressive and certainly look more expensive than they are. I am delighted with them.
