I work for the NHS and had a tight budget- I called the telephone number listed on the website and staff helped me find what I needed within my budget. They took a great deal of time to help me and I was very grateful. When the pen that I ordered was not in stock they provided a different, slightly more costly pen, at the originial price which they had quoted me. They kept me informed throughout. The pens were produced and dispatched incredibly quickly, and when they arrived they are fantastic- brilliant quality and beautifully done. Good product for a budget price. The service was excellent, my customised order was made within 4 working days including delivery. I really need to mentioned the delivery service because the delivery slot was between 12.08 - 13.08 but the delivery man was waited outside from 11.50am till the system allows to deliver. The pens were ideal for what we needed them for. These were good quality for the price and these were the nicest ones I could find looking around online, that used recycled materials. Bought these pens on behalf of the Community Council, this was our first ever order and we were well impressed. The website is easy to navigate and the fact that they accept small quantity orders is great for us as we are unsure of our market. The choice of colours was great and the design process was well handled as the final design is agreed before manufacture. The price was right and the quality of the pens was very impressive and went down well with my Council colleagues.

The pens ordered were pretty cheap so wasn't expecting much really. However, was pleasantly surprised to find the pen itself is solid, feels great and doesn't seem cheap at all. The printing on the barrel was great too, really good quality and so overall something I'm proud to give out as promo items. Will order more when I've run out.
