These write like butter and are great in hand. As a a result, they are great for promotional events and gifts to loyal customers. The ability to order low volumes is an added bonus for me, ordering large volumes is not beneficial to me. So the flexibility to order as low as 25 items works really well.

The product itself is great, but what really shone was the customer service. I had a slightly tricky order, but the responses to my emails were swift and always helpful. Definite recommend from me!

Postage costs stupid............

However when I went to pay for my Order £25 was going to be added because I live in Highland & Islands of Scotland...... NO I live in Aberdeenshire 40 miles from Aberdeen on the East coast which is NO WAY the Highlands & Islands of Scot so cancelled Bulk order and informed Co the reason why.......... posting to me should have been the same cost as posting to someone in London I reckon... therefore they have lost a new & potential regular customer

These are the only pens I use and Pens Unlimited are the only company I am aware stocking them. I always like to have a plentiful supply so ordered 60 pens. The lady I spoke to was really helpful and within 10 minutes my order was in. The pens arrived within 48 hours, very happy.
