The whole point of ordering a sample was so that we can see what the pen looked like with our required printing on it. All we received was a pen with no printing on it?!?

We ordered 100 branded bio-degradable pens from Pens Unlimited. Whilst there was a problem with the positioning of our logo initially, they were quick to rectify this and we are delighted with the final product. We dealt with Lesley who was extremely helpful.
