Very pleased with the pens. Like the red which shows up really well

The pens were easy to order, with the web site making it easy to decide pen and print colour, and also the script type. I ordered a free sample first so I already knew how good the pen was. Delivery was quicker than what the web site says. Will order from them again.

Showed the pens to my Committee today and they loved them. Phoned your office for some assistance initially before placing order and they were excellent. Order completed very quickly.

Free sample, excellent, arrived quickly and good quality but not clearly explained that this was not a free sample for me to see the text/ placement/ size I had wanted which I thought was my sole purpose for wanted to see a free sample of the product I am hoping to buy
