This was my first order and I am impressed with the quality of the pens. They did take a long time to come - 3 weeks from the date of artwork approval, but this was partly down to the carrier initially refusing the parcel as it was damaged. However, Lesley of Pens Unlimited sorted this out quickly for us and the pens were delivered. Good customer service - would use again. Thank you.
